Who Can Join?
- Anyone can join the shared Komodo tours—they’re public group tours where you pay per person and join other travelers. You don’t need to be part of a private group.
- Solo travelers: Solo travelers are welcome on shared tours, and it’s common to meet other tourists on the boat.
- Adults and children: Children can join, with a minimum age of 5 years or older (hiking and boat activities)

The Regulation See Komodo Animals
- Do not get too close: keep a safe distance from the Komodo dragons. Komodo dragons can be aggressive and move quickly.
- Don’t shout or run: loud noises or sudden movements can startle the Komodo dragon and trigger an aggressive reaction.
- Please don’t feed: Feeding Komodo dragons can habituate them to humans and may cause them to become aggressive.
- Don’t climb trees: Komodo dragons may chase you
- Don’t touch marine life: sea turtles can damage their protective coating and leave them vulnerable to infection.
- Don’t make sudden movements: Sudden movements can startle dragons and trigger an aggressive reaction.
- Don’t touch dragons: on land or in the sea.
- Do not stay alone: always stay with a tour guide, and do not go alone in the Komodo dragon area.
- Menstruating women must report: You must report to the guide or attendant for special supervision.
- Do not wear red-colored clothing: Komodo dragons have a high sensitivity to the color red.
- Avoid making loud noises: Komodo dragons can become aggressive

Day 01: Lunch and dinner on boat
- Estimate 09.30–10.30: Hotel or airport Transfer to Labuan Bajo harbor
- 12.00-12.30. The boat sails to Kelor Island for swimming and hiking.
- 13.00 – 14.30. The boat sails to Menjerite Island for snorkeling and lunch on the boat.
- 15.30-16.30. Kalong Island, view the flying foxes
- 18:30 Sunset at Kalong Island, overnight close to Kalong Island. Dinner on the boat.
Activities Day 2: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on Boat
- 06.00 Early morning hiking to Padar Island.
- 08.00–08.45: breakfast, Pink Beach snorkeling
- 10.00-12.00: Komodo Island: See the Komodo dragon and have lunch.
- 15.00-15.20: The boat sails to Taka Makasar and Manta Point
- 17.00-17.20. Spot Manta Point, Overnight on the Boat
Day 3: Breakfast and Lunch on Boat
- 07.00-08.30. After breakfast, Taka Makasar
- 10.30-11.00. Sebayur Island, Spot Snorkeling

- All payment refunds for cancellations made to 7 days up
- A 50% charge applies for cancellations within 5 days
- A full charge is applicable for cancellations within 48 hours.
Tips snorkeling on Komodo tour
- Always snorkel with a guide
- Current pulls, float, don’t fight, signal the boat
- Your own mask = better seal, less fog & hygiene
- Swim & snorkel; always use fins or water shoes.
- Dry snorkel recommended (waves can splash)
- Rash guard or wetsuit (sun + jellyfish)
- Use reef-safe sunscreen only
- Never stand on coral (it’s alive and sharp).
- No touching marine life (even mantas)
- Keep distance from turtles & manta rays
- Listen to briefings the Guide on the boat
How to stay steady:
- Put fins on in the water, not on the boat.
- Hold the side of the boat & sliding in
- Use the ladder (ask the captain).
- Fix the snorkel on the left side
- Wet your mask with seawater first
Back to the boat safely:
- Remove fins in the water.
- Hand them to the crew.
- Climb slowly using both hands.
- Sit on the edge of the boat.
- Mask and snorkel held firmly on your face
- One hand on mask, one on back of head
- Roll backward into water
- Open the fins in the water
- Get the boat from the stair
- Don’t walk with fins in the boat.
